Additional Pro services are provided on request and subject to eligibility. Wise and Stripe decide on account acceptance; their own fees are excluded. Address renewal from year two, a separate director service address, private mail, parcels and ACSP identity verification are offered separately. We confirm the exact mail service before engagement. Ongoing bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax returns and confirmation statements are not included in formation prices.
Support after formation
Additional assistance with confirmation statements, corporation tax returns, dormant accounts where eligible, VAT registration and company changes is available on request. Scope and costs are agreed in advance.

Frequently asked questions
How does the YadenOne Books trial work?
You register without payment details and use Books free for 7 days. After that you pay €9.99 once for 30 days of use by card (Stripe) or PayPal – no subscription and no automatic renewal. If you do not renew, access is locked; your data is kept.
Does YadenOne Books file with Companies House or HMRC?
No. Books is a bookkeeping aid: it keeps your figures, reminds you of deadlines and provides estimates. Filing is still done by you or your accountant.
Does a search without matches mean the name is available?
No. Register search provides an initial indication. Companies House decides on registration; naming rules and potential trade mark rights also need to be checked.
How much does formation support cost?
The Basis package is €399.99 and Pro is €499.99, each as a one-time price including VAT. See the package overview for included services and separately charged ongoing costs.
How can I work with you as a freelancer?
Apply through the freelancer portal with your speciality and portfolio. After your application is reviewed and your account activated, you can access your contracts and invoices.
