PRO: freelancer panel

The freelancer panel is part of the PRO plan. It lets your freelancers send you their invoices without needing an account.

1. Open Freelancers and click Activate (only possible with PRO; during the free trial you can try it).
2. Add a freelancer – you get a personal upload link. Send it to them.
3. They upload the invoice (PDF/JPG/PNG), amount and date. You get an email.
4. You check it and click Approve & book. It appears in Transactions as an expense with the file as receipt. Reject books nothing.

Foreign currency is converted at the ECB rate. If your plan ends, the panel is hidden and existing bookings stay.
